As a vocalist of the dance and vocal group THE RAMPAGE, RIKU has been sending out “words” with love and responsibility.
The feelings born from the “joy, anger, sorrow, and pleasure” that have created and supported the 30-year-old “me of today” were converted into “365” words.
The film is presented with visuals carefully selected from among 30,000 shots taken to “express the real RIKU”.
The beautifully trained body and expression that evokes an unprecedented “adult man” are a must-see.

The number “365” is the number of words to be published in the book, and it represents his wish to support and be there for his readers 365 days a year.
The book will be a bible for many people, filled with his soulful cries such as “The importance of living your life,” “Feelings for the members who made me realize I am not alone,” and “Never give up on your dreams again,” as well as his strong encouragement to readers to “survive and thrive no matter what!

【RIKU Comment】
This is a monument that I created from my last 20's to 30 years old.
I want to make the best body I've ever had and tell people straight up that this is the “Riku Aoyama” I am now, just as I am! I am releasing this book in the form of a photo and word book.
