* Internet connections near the venue will be very congested, especially just before the show starts, so it may be very difficult to download the app or register your seat.
If you have a penlight, please download the smartphone app "PenLightLink" in advance by the day of the show and register your seat [before coming to the show].

■Batteries
Included/Uses 3 alkaline AAA batteries
■How to use
- Remove the insulating sheet on the back of the unit.
- Slide the power switch on the side of the unit to turn it on/off.
- Repeatedly turning it on/off quickly may cause it to stop lighting up. In that case, turn it off and then on again.
・When the power is on, pressing the switch on the front of the unit will change the color in the following order.
*Change order: Constant white light → Flashing white
・When the battery is low, the color of the light will be uneven. Replace with new batteries after each performance.
■How to replace the batteries
Remove the cover of the battery box on the back of the unit and insert three alkaline AAA batteries with the positive and negative poles facing correctly.
Replace the batteries and close the cover tightly as before.
〈Seat registration procedure〉
① After installing the dedicated app [PenLightLink], launch the app.
② Tap the performance name "EXILE LIVE TOUR 2025 "WHAT IS EXILE"".
③ Tap the performance date you want to see.
④ Check your ticket, scroll to select the seat information and tap the "Seat Confirmation Button".
⑤ Turn on the penlight, press and hold the seat registration mode switch for 3 seconds to make sure the penlight flashes light blue.
⑥ Tap "OK" on the app screen, then follow the on-screen instructions to bring your smartphone close to the penlight.
⑦ Tap "Write" and when the penlight lights up red, your seat registration is complete.
⑧ After completing seat registration, press the seat registration mode switch once or turn the power off and on again to switch to performance mode.

※If you have any questions about seat registration mode, please contact the Penlight Support Center inside or outside the venue.
※The internet connection will be very busy just before the show starts. Please complete your seat registration as soon as possible.
※If you make a mistake with your seat information, please re-register it with the correct seat information.
※The registered seat information will not be erased even if you turn off the penlight.
※Seat information registration is required for each performance. If you are using the penlight for multiple performances, be sure to register the seat information on the relevant performance date.
※If you have more than one penlight, please register your seat information using the same procedure.
※If you do not have a smartphone, please use your companion's smartphone or register your seat information at the Penlight Support Center.

■Handling precautions
1. Avoid high temperatures and humidity, direct sunlight, fire and heat sources, and use and store out of reach of small children.
2. Avoid looking directly at the LED light. It may damage your eyes. Be especially careful when using with children.
3. Do not disassemble, modify, subject to strong impact, use underwater or near fire, etc. as these may cause product failure.
4. When storing the product, remove the batteries to prevent damage to the product due to battery leakage.
5. We recommend replacing the batteries with new ones before each performance.
When replacing the batteries, replace all batteries (3 batteries).
6. Always use new alkaline AAA batteries.
If you use any other battery (such as manganese batteries), it may not function properly or may cause a breakdown.
7. Be sure to check the "plus (+) minus (-)" of the battery and insert it in the correct direction.
(Incorrect insertion may cause a breakdown of the product and may result in a fire or burns.)
8. Keep batteries out of reach of children, and dispose of expired batteries in the manner specified by local governments.
9. If you feel abnormal heat during use, turn off the power immediately and stop using the product.
10. The color of the light emitted is controlled within the venue, so there may be areas where the light does not turn on or the light does not turn on even when the power is on. This is not a malfunction.
11. With frequency of use and the passage of time, scratches and dirt on the surface, deterioration of materials, discoloration, etc. are inevitable. Please note that the color of the printed parts may fade due to friction, etc.
12. Leaving the product in an extremely high temperature with the battery inserted may cause leakage or damage.
Please remove the battery when storing the product.
